Limitations on devices per account
Your Pushover account is permitted to have ten (10) devices registered to it that you own and/or primarily operate. Each device that is owned or primarily operated by a different person needs to be on its own Pushover account with its own license (though we'll look the other way if you share an account with your partner/spouse/kids/parents/pets).
When setting up Pushover on kiosk-type devices that are not operated by particular individuals, please create at least one Pushover account per site/store. These accounts are still limited to 10 devices per account.

Purchasing Pushover on behalf of other users
For most organizations, our new Pushover for Teams service is the easiest solution for managing a number of users under an administrative account and all Team accounts are licensed on all 3 of our platforms automatically.
Purchasing Individual Licenses
To purchase an individual iOS, Android, or Desktop license on behalf of another user, have the user visit their Licensing page while logged into our website and click the appropriate button. Unable to make an in-app purchase / buying a license other ways
If you are unable to make an in-app purchase through Google Play or the App Store, visit the Licensing page on our website to purchase licenses with a credit card or PayPal.
Please note that our Android app still requires continuous access to the Google Services Framework on your device in order to receive notifications, and Google Play is needed to receive timely updates to our app. If your device cannot make an in-app purchase because Google Play Services does not work on the device, you will still not be able to use Pushover even after purchasing a license.

Device shows it is in the trial period or was disabled for licensing even after purchasing a license
On both Android and iOS, our in-app purchase for a license on that platform is "non-consumable" which means it can only ever be purchased once (per Google Play or App Store account). If you have gone through the in-app purchase process and the purchase was successful the first time, going through the in-app purchase process a second time will not charge your card twice, but will instead fetch your previous purchase information and validate it.
