Message size and frequency limitations

Each Pushover account may send 10,000 messages per month for free, shared across all of the account's applications. One message is defined as a successful delivery through our API to one user (either the user that owns the application or a different user), regardless of the number of devices on that account. For Delivery Groups, each user in the group receiving a message counts as one message toward the account's quota.

Pushover for Teams organizations can send up to 25,000 messages per month for free.

To send more than the free amount of messages per month, upgrade packages are available.
