Option to pick text size in iOS app

It sounds a bit picky but it would really help to be able to set a larger text/font size in the iOS app.  This way, when you're urgently trying to peer at your phone with blurry eyes, you could read the detail!

This can already be done for most apps on iOS.  Open the main Settings app, then tap Accessibility, then Per-App Settings, then Add App and find Pushover.  From there you can tap on Larger Text and adjust it how big you want it.
