geo location aware messages

Support setting geo locations (coordinates & radius) on a message. The message should only be shown by pushover app if the phone is currently located within the given geo location. If the app is not allowed to get geo location information then the message shouldn't be shown at all.

Why? Sometimes there are legal reasons which bind messages to a location like the alerting system of a voluntary fire brigade. In my case we don't use pushover as a replacement but as an addon to the currently used alerting technique which is geo located by design. But if you are in vacation you MUST NOT receive these alerts as they may contain personal information which shouldn't be visible if you are not in charge.

I could also imagine that one could use this feature to selectively inform people (like technicians which are sometimes in office and sometimes in home office)  about things going on.

Would be great if you could invest a few minutes to think about this.
