Medium Priority (0.5) for "Time Sensitive"on iOS

I'm glad Pushover supports time sensitive notifications in iOS but this would be more useful if there were a corresponding API level between 0 and 1 for these notifications. I use Pushover for my home automation system and if I had my phone in a focus mode that allows time sensitive notifications (My "Focus at Work" mode, for example) then I would want to know about these error conditions while still disregarding other normal messages from the system. There are other focus modes that I have set to not allow time sensitive notifications (Do Not Disturb, Sleep, etc.) and it is fine that only critical messages can punch through this.
