Actionable notifications

It would be great if Pushover could have "actionable" notifications - i.e. notifications with a number of actions that can be chosen in response, each of which can do something - such as call a URL, run a shortcut, etc.

This way, it would greatly increase the usability of Pushover from just a notification system to a system that can enable two-way interaction with the calling service.

This would be similar to the Actionable Notifications provided by the Home Assistant Companion App.

As an example, you might receive a push notification saying that something has happened, like movement detected. The actions could be "sound alarm" or "ignore". The sound alarm action could perform an HTTP GET to trigger an action.

There would need to be a number of specific action types that could be specified - e.g. HTTP GET/PUT/POST, perhaps MQTT pub, or device-specific such as run an IOS shortcut.

Notification actions on iOS require that they be specified up front when asking the user for notification permission, so it's not possible to have custom actions for each notification.  This is why ours are limited to "Open URL", "Acknowledge", and "Delete".

Unless this changes on iOS, adding custom notification actions is not something we'll be able to implement.
