Regular pushover messages can be marked as html; i've got PRs from gitea that have a body that's html; can a setting be added to the webhook to indicate the body is html?

what about implementing a filter function for the desktop version? 

You already made this in the app, and its so helpful to find / filter notifications!

Hi,

I love the 'Track new/seen messages' mode, so I can see the split of what's new vs. what I saw before however still have it available for reference if needed.

A good-to-have feature would have it jump (or have a option to) the last 'new' message so you can work your way up to the latest message received.

That would beat the current workflow where it is necessary to scroll down from 'New Messages' to the heading of 'Messages' (which might be hard to find over hundreds of messages), stop, and then read up from there on.

The Android app currently does not handle RTL languages such as Arabic in LTR context. I have included a screenshot as an example. As you can see, the order of text is completely messed up, and text alignment is incorrect. 

I would like to see the following "Quiet Hours Priorities":

1.) Show notification AND play DEFAULT sound for all message priorities 2.) Show notification AND play SELECTABLE sound for all message priorities (E.g. to choose a calmer sound during sleeping hours or for less noisy environments.)

It would be great, if app "Alert settings" would (partially) be configurable for each channel, too.

Especially the existing options - Play sounds - Always use default sound - Play high-priority as alarm

and a new option

- Choose and use high-priority sound

would be helpful.

It would be great to have the ability to send MP4 clips as well as GIF. MP4 is more efficient and will look alot better.

Existing libraries were missing features and not supported so I wrote my own with all the possible features, including the latest custom sounds feature. In regards to other libraries listed in

It would be nice to have an additional smallest size widget, only for toggling through different notification modes. The current selected mode should be displayed within the widget (e.g. normal/low/silent)

For example

- normal notification (as configured, a possible separate notification configuration for each channel would be perfect)

- low noise mode (configureable, e.g. vibration only, vibration+low volume Sound,...) for all channels.

- silent mode (no Sound, no vibration, only message) for all channels

Kind of a silly idea, but where the body text is replaced on an email gateway, allow something random to be placed in there instead. For example:

Bitcoin price at time of sending

Unix fortune

Unix fortunes from the obscene file

Random stock quote

Current weather for a location

Something else that randomly changes through the day

Catfacts (You can't stop them!)

I realize that would defeat the purpose for many professional users, but for personal users such as myself that simply want a notification where otherwise, none was available, it's...well, not useful, but fun.

Could grouped notification support be added to the Android client?

I get many notifications a day, so I would like all notifications of the same type to be grouped in the notification panel to make it easier to see which types I got.

When subscribing (or updating) on your subscribe page, users can choose a sound from the dropdown but cannot preview the chosen sound so they have no idea what it will sound like until they actually get a message.

Please add a preview button for selected sound - similar to what you do in the API sound page at https://pushover.net/api#sounds

Similarly, if my app downloads your sound list using

https://api.pushover.net/1/sounds.json?token=(your app token)

and displays choices on my page, again there is no way to preview the sounds so having the ability to download the sounds or have a link to each

I have a Google Nest Hub beside my computer when I work. I think it will be great to have the Pushover messages directly on the Nest instead to have to look on my computer or mobile. Will this be possible?

Any chance we could send notifications from within the mobile apps?

I'm glad Pushover supports time sensitive notifications in iOS but this would be more useful if there were a corresponding API level between 0 and 1 for these notifications. I use Pushover for my home automation system and if I had my phone in a focus mode that allows time sensitive notifications (My "Focus at Work" mode, for example) then I would want to know about these error conditions while still disregarding other normal messages from the system. There are other focus modes that I have set to not allow time sensitive notifications (Do Not Disturb, Sleep, etc.) and it

Instead of having the browser open and the pushover tab selected, getting instead notifications in a small window with just 1 line displayed would allow to continue normal activities on the screen.

Please can this be added or set to auto detect time (time zone) on current iPhone or other device, my time stamps are currently 1 hour earlier than the actual push event.

It would be great to be able to blanket send an api request to acknowledge all emergency priority notifications for an account that are currently active. The tags option is okay, but if something is sent via email gateway it doesn't look like there is a way to add tags to the messages and really I would just be adding the same tag to every message as a workaround.
