Receiving an invoice/receipt for an in-app purchase made for a license
Unlike license purchases made directly through our website with a credit card or PayPal, in-app purchases (IAPs) made through our iPhone/iPad and Android apps are billed directly from Apple or Google, respectively. Pushover is not the merchant of record for these transactions so we cannot issue receipts or invoices for them.
When you make an in-app purchase from Apple or Google, you will receive a receipt e-mailed (usually within a day) to the address your Apple ID or Google Play account is associated with, which may not be the same e-mail address your Pushover account is associated with. If you cannot find the original e-mail receipt, you can download a receipt through their websites:

Unfortunately since these in-app purchases are made directly with Apple and Google, we cannot handle issues related to them such as credit card issues, adding a company name to receipts, refunds, or other billing questions.
