quiet hours extra features

So I'm using Pushover for some time now and it works great/reliable.
There are soms features which I miss to make it more comfortable, especially during night time.

So the main reason I use it is for (home) alarm notifications or critical messages.
I use the alarm channel on my Android phone on volume 5. Altough this is too loud during night time.

So these features would be great to have:

  • be able to specify the volume of priority messages during quiet hours
  • increasing volume for messages with retry interval (start from volume to...)
  • be able to disable vibration during quiet hours

The main reason for this request is that I do not want to wakeup my partner or even the whole house.
