Customize custom sounds in Pushover clients

Its great that Pushover now supports customizing sounds https://pushover.net/api#sounds

However, end-users should have the ability to override each of these sounds.

For example, I have a app that sends 4 types of notifications:

- Generic information (ding)
- Alarm (buzz)
- Healthy (yeah)
- Unhealthy (sadtrombone)

However, these are the sounds I favor so that I don't always have to pickup my phone. I can imagine that other users of my team want to play different sounds but currently they cannot customize this.

If would be great if these custom sound id's could be overriden.
