Show timestamp received (on mobile app), timestamp sent (from Pushover servers) on message details with seconds

When opening the messages in the pushover app you see a timestamp with hour/minute accuracy. This likely is the timestamp used for "showing" and set in via the timestamp argument.

However, I would also like to see time sent and time received with at least seconds accuracy. This way time sent would be the server timestamp from the PushOver servers and time received the timestamp in the mobile app.

This would be similar to sent/receive details from SMS text messages.

I often need this information. Especially the last to compare notifications from critical systems.
