Cooldown / Rate Limiting for Webhooks and API Messages

Option to always show all notifications in app

The left hamburger menu in the app allows you to restrict notification shown to those of a particular type. The problem is that the app remembers what restriction was used the previous time. This creates a serious usability problem when the app is used for notifying elderly people and people who are not very computer savvy. The issue is that they open the app, do not see the critical notification, and it is not at all obvious that they have the notification type restricted. I even forget myself sometimes.

Suggestion: please have an option to revert to showing all notifications if the app is newly opened or has not been used for some time.
